Allowing energy to flow freely works to relieve physical pain such as stiff muscles and joints, tension headaches and other conditions related to stress or overuse.

Thai massage differs from Swedish table massage in several ways. Clients are fully clothed during Thai massage and no creams or oils are used. Thai bodywork is practiced on a cushioned mat on the floor, allowing the therapist to use hands, feet and knees or elbows as appropriate. Thai massage uses much more stretching and movement than Swedish table massage, allowing clients to receive the benefits of yoga and gentle stretching.
